The Austin Songwriters Group International named Roy their 2024 Songwriter of the Year. To celebrate the honor, Roy has released a new CD of 12 songs ranging from Traditional Country to Bluegrass to Americana.
PODUNK BLUEGRASS FESTIVAL
Roy's song Marriage on the Rocks was the 2nd Place Winner in the 2023 Podunk Bluegrass Festival's songwriting contest. Roy along with other winners was invited to play on the mainstage at the festival.
